Purpose Detailing – Service Policies At Purpose Detailing, we’re committed to delivering high-quality results and a smooth, professional experience. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. --- Booking & Deposit A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. --- Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows We understand that plans change. However: - Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance - Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit - No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment and loss of deposit If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. --- Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges Final pricing is based on the condition of the vehicle upon arrival. Vehicles with: - Excessive dirt or mud - Heavy stains - Pet hair - Strong odors may be subject to additional charges or extended service time. --- Service Limitations (Important) While we aim to deliver the best results possible, detailing is not a perfect restoration service. - We do not guarantee 100% stain, odor, or scratch removal - Some imperfections may be permanent depending on the condition and materials --- General Purpose Detail (Express Package) Our General Purpose Detail is designed as a quicker, maintenance-level service. - This package is not as thorough as our deep detail services - It focuses on improving overall cleanliness, not full restoration - Some stains, buildup, or heavily soiled areas may remain after service For heavily soiled vehicles or more intensive results, we recommend booking a deep detail package. --- Interior Detailing Limitations Please note: - We do not remove seats during any service - We do not use extractors on seats Our interior cleaning methods are effective for general maintenance and improvement, but may not fully remove deep-set stains. --- Personal Belongings Please remove all personal items from your vehicle prior to your appointment. Purpose Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle. --- Time Estimates All service times are estimated and may vary depending on vehicle size and condition. --- Payment Policy Full payment is due upon completion of service. --- Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us before leaving the shop so we can address any concerns. --- By booking with Purpose Detailing, you agree to all policies listed above. For coupes and sedans trunk is not included its an additional fee
