Purpose Detailing – Terms & Conditions / Service Policies Last Updated: 4/15/26  By booking a service with Purpose Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions: --- ### 1. Deposits & Booking Policy A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. - Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost - Deposits are forfeited if: - The customer does not show up - The customer is more than 15 minutes late - Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion with proper notice --- ### 2. Arrival & Late Policy Customers are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. - A 15-minute grace period is allowed - After 15 minutes: - Appointment may be canceled - Deposit will be forfeited --- ### 3. Service Expectations Purpose Detailing offers multiple service levels. Results vary depending on the selected package. - General Purpose Detail (Express Service): - Designed for light cleaning and maintenance - Does not guarantee full stain, odor, or pet hair removal - Not intended for heavily soiled vehicles - Deep Detail Services: - More thorough but still subject to vehicle condition limitations --- ### 4. Service Limitations To maintain efficiency and safety, the following services are not included: - Seat removal is not performed - No extractor is used on seats - Some stains, odors, or debris may be permanent or require specialized restoration beyond our scope --- ### 5. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer Customers must disclose the condition of their vehicle at the time of booking. Purpose Detailing is not responsible for: - Pre-existing damage (scratches, stains, tears, electrical issues, etc.) - Damage caused by worn, fragile, or deteriorating materials - Items left inside the vehicle --- ### 6. Personal Belongings Customers are responsible for removing all personal items prior to service. - We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings - Excessive clutter may result in additional fees or refusal of service --- ### 7. Satisfaction Policy We strive to provide high-quality service. - Any concerns must be reported immediately upon service completion - We will make reasonable efforts to address valid issues at our discretion - No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed --- ### 8. Pricing & Time Estimates All pricing and service times are estimates. - Final price may vary based on vehicle condition - Additional charges may apply for: - Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or biohazards --- ### 9. Right to Refuse Service Purpose Detailing reserves the right to refuse or stop service at any time if: - The vehicle condition poses a risk - The environment is unsafe - The customer is uncooperative --- ### 10.
